6 Refomers for more personalised experience

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know about classes, memberships, studio policies, and starting your Pilates journey at Paramount Pilates Studio.
I’m new to Pilates, can beginners join?
Absolutely. Our classes are designed to welcome all experience levels, including complete beginners. Our instructors provide guidance throughout each session to help you feel comfortable, confident, and supported from day one.
Reformer Pilates is a low-impact style of exercise performed on a specialised reformer machine designed to improve strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and overall body awareness through controlled movement.
We keep our classes intentionally small with only 6 reformer machines in the studio. This allows for more personalised attention, tailored support, and a more comfortable experience for every client.
We recommend bringing a water bottle, grip socks, and comfortable activewear that allows you to move freely. If you don’t have grip socks, we may have some available at the studio.
For your first class, we suggest arriving 10–15 minutes early so our team can welcome you, show you around the studio, and help you get familiar with the reformer equipment.
Pilates can be highly beneficial for improving mobility, strength, and body awareness. Because every body and condition is different, we recommend speaking with your healthcare professional before starting if you have an injury, medical condition, or are in recovery.
That’s completely okay. Our instructors will guide you through the equipment, explain movements clearly, and ensure you feel safe and supported throughout your session.
Consistency is key. Many clients begin with 2–3 sessions per week to build strength, mobility, and confidence, but we encourage you to find a routine that suits your lifestyle and goals.
Not at all. Pilates is for every body. You don’t need prior experience, flexibility, or fitness to begin — our classes are designed to help you progress at your own pace.
